Offers students the opportunity to gain additional performance and competition experience. Must audition to be a part of the team. The class will be held at Wulf Recreation Center.

This Jazz/Tap combination class will introduce fundamental jazz and tap movement, rhythms and patterns. Ages 5-7 years old. Participants must have Jazz and Tap shoes.

You must first contact the Evergreen Dance Center before enrolling online. Contact via phone at 303.670.7221 or by emailing the Center at evergreendancecenter@gmail.com to get your dancer placed into class.

Class attire - jazz and tap shoes, athletic attire. Hair must be securely tied back in a ponytail, braid or bun for all dance classes.

Registration Fee and Payment Policy/Multi-Class Discount - 

The Evergreen Dance Center Program starts in September and runs through the end of May. Classes are continuous, but new students are welcome any time during the year. You must first contact the Evergreen Dance Center before enrolling online. Contact via phone at 303-670-7221 or by emailing the Center to get your dancer placed into class.

An annual registration fee of $25 is due in September or at the time of registration. All continuing students must register each year. 

Tuition is based on a yearly rate in which holidays and recesses are excluded. This yearly rate is divided into nine installments, which are due on the first of each month, September through May. No credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued for missed classes. Full monthly tuition must be paid on time for students to participate in class.

A multi-class discount applies when a student, or sibling, is taking two or more dance classes. A 30% discount will be applied to each class. These discounts will be applied on a month-to-month basis. You will not get the discount if you pay for multiple months in advance. The discounts will become available at the beginning of each month, for that month.

• Ballet – pink ballet slippers, leotards and tights, optional ballet skirt
• Jazz – dance pants/athletic wear, fitted top, nude jazz shoes
• Tap – dance pants/athletic wear, fitted top, black tap shoes
• Lyrical/Contemporary/Modern – dance pants/athletic wear, fitted top, bare feet, socks, or lyrical shoes
• Hip Hop – dance attire you can move freely in (NO jeans), sneakers
• Hair – hair must be securely tied back in a ponytail, braid, or bun for all dance classes

The Evergreen Dance Center annual dance recital provides students the wonderful opportunity to perform. Although the recital is optional, most children are thrilled to participate in this fantastic event. Costume fees and a $58 performance fee per family are required to participate.
