Youth Gymnastics Classes (Non-Competitive)

See what it’s like to be a gymnast! Join our trained professionals in a class to teach coordination, strength, and flexibility while working on gymnastics skills in each event. Progress through the program to the competitive team or build fundamentals that carry forward to other sports. For boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17.
All classes are held at Wulf Recreation Center.
- Parent-child class
- Works on motor skill development, socialization, and body awareness
A Parent & child gymnastics class that encourages and teaches following directions on structured circuits to help children develop independence and confidence.
(Formerly Free to Be 3) A 3-year-old gymnastics class. Age-appropriate skill development without parent assistance.(Prior Parent & Tot class strongly recommended.)
(Formerly Soar while 4) A 4 year old gymnastics class. Age-appropriate skill and motor development.
Develop strength and motor skill development, Ninja-style. Parent participation is required.
Wednesdays: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM, ages 3-5
Creative kids is a preschool experience for ages 3 - 5, focusing on the arts, dance & gymnastics! We will split into 3 groups and rotate between each event. Come meet some friends, learn a new skill and explore with us. This class is a creative alternative to preschool:)
Please dress in comfortable, fitted clothes with no buttons or zippers and hair tied back. Bring a paint shirt, snack and a water bottle.
An invitation-only class for girls displaying exceptional strength and talent. Meets 2 times per week.
- Coed 5-6 year old gymnastics class.
- Skills-focused class that transitions kids from preschool to beginner classes.
Wednesdays 11:15 AM - 12:45 PM, ages 5-12
A Homeschool experience for ages 5-12, focusing on the arts & gymnastics! We will split into 2 or 3 groups and rotate between each event. Come meet some friends, learn a new skill and explore with us. Skills are developed individually and students learn at their own pace.
Please dress in comfortable, fitted clothes with no buttons or zippers and hair tied back. Bring a paint shirt, snack and a water bottle.
- Learning basic skills in boys’ events
- Introduction to gymnastics class
- Basic gymnastics skills on the different events, including body shapes and motor skill development
- Must have passed Beginner Girls
- Must have passed Intermediate Girls and have instructor approval
- Must have passed Advanced Girls
- Class meets two times per week
- This class is working toward girls competitive team
